Ryan Fortune

Ryan Fortune is a well-known South African journalist, screenwriter, and film producer. He has an impressive track record in the industry, having co-written the critically acclaimed 4-part SABC1 mini-series, "When We Were Black," which won 7 SAFTA awards in 20081. Additionally, Ryan served as the co-producer of "Triomf," a film that received the honor of Best South African Feature Film at the Durban International Film Festival in 20081. Currently, Ryan is passionately working on a 90-minute animated feature film that focuses on strong environmental themes.
